Taste like mash potatoes -minus the potatoes and butter! I am so excited to bring this to my Thanksgiving potluck.

Ingredients:
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 12 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp of salt
  • 2 tbsp of black pepper

Steps:
  1. boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes, boil the garlic cloves for about 1 minute
  2. drain the cauliflower and add half of the cauliflowers into the food processor (I just got the Ninja Master Prep Pro and it works pretty well.
  3. add in half of the avocado, 6 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of black pepper
  4. spoon out the mixture and add some dill on top
